    Job Description
    To perform administrative work that ensures the accurate and on-time payment of creditors, contributing to good
    supplier relationships and the availability of the products and services required for effective service delivery and client
    satisfaction.

    Position Overview
    Specific Role Responsibilities


    • Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
    • Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
    • Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
    • Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
    • Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive administrative service through the correct interpretation and application of procedures to optimise delivery.
    • Prepare remittance advice and reconcile to creditors statements.
    • Prepare, monitor and verify payments.
    • Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.
    • Ensure that financial administration delivery processes comply with internal control policies, corporate governance standards and report any anomalies to the immediate superior.
    • Reconcile all accounts in creditors' ledger and resolve outstanding and dispute items.
    • Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.
    • Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.
    • Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
    • Own and live up to company values.
    Qualifications and Experience


    • - 3 years' experience in a similar environment
    • Matric/Grade 12 Senior Certificate
    • National Diplomas and/or Advanced Certificates with NQF Level 05 is advantageous
    • Previous experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
    • High level of accuracy
