- Process Management
- Processing of claims such as death, disability, and divorce
- Processing of retirement and pre-retirement withdrawals
- Processing of transfers and switches
- Resolution of complex cases
- Responsible for tax directive and ROT applications
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Review of Legal Administration team cases
- Accurate capture of information on workflow systems
- Assist Team Leader with operational Risk by case reviews and key risk metrics
