    Description

    Our client, a trendy upmarket Pan-Asian restaurant based in Rosebank and Sandton, is looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join their team. This position will require you to oversee both restaurants.

    Interviews for this position will be in-person, so applicants MUST be based in Johannesburg. You will be required to do a cook-off.

    Strict requirements:


    • Culinary qualification


    • South African ID


    • Minimum 3 years as a SOUS CHEF


    • Experience in leading a team


    • Experience in managing a busy pass


    • Own reliable transport


    • MUST be residing in the Johannesburg area


    • Clear criminal record
