Busy upmarket Restaurant in Krugersdorp is looking for a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef. Applicants must have 3 or more years chef and kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, variances, food costing, quality control, staff management and general kitchen administration.This is mainly a management role not a cooking role. Salary R 12 15 K net. Quote Reference RA91 when applying.
