    Description

    Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency in South Africa, is currently seeking a Junior Tender Assistant to join our client's team in the Construction Industry. As a Junior Tender Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the tender process and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of submissions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the construction industry and develop their skills in tendering and procurement.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender documents
    • Conduct research and gather information for tender submissions
    • Assist in the coordination and tracking of tender submissions
    • Maintain and update tender databases and documentation
    • Support the tender team in various administrative tasks
    • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements
    • Assist with vendor management and supplier relationship
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a coordinated tender process

    Requirements

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • A relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous
    • Previous experience or knowledge of tendering processes is preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good research and analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
    • Construction industry knowledge or experience is a plus
