    Our client stands out as a premier debt counseling firm nationwide, reflecting their exceptional client service and the caliber of their team members.

    They are dedicated to fostering fairness, diversity, and growth opportunities for their employees as an equal-opportunity employer. Currently, they are seeking a Sales Team Leader who is results-oriented to undertake the following responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Managing a team of sales Lead generators

    Driving team targets in accordance with the department's KPI requirements

    Evaluating data and using the information to boost productivity and ensure steady staff development.

    Managing the collection book at optimal capacity

    Providing encouragement, training, coaching and performance improvement plans to agents where necessary

    Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements through call listening and performance evaluation

    Liaising with other departments to ensure departmental synergy and ultimate company success.

    Ensuring relevant HR documentation is submitted electronically as well as manually.

    Maintaining Quality and compliance


    Qualification:

    • Matric (essential)
    • Related Diploma or degree (advantageous)
    • Clear ITC and criminal record (essential)
    • Min. 2 years' Debt Collection experience (advantageous)
    • Min. 2 years' Debt Review experience (advantageous)
    • Min. 2 years' Sales Team Leader experience (essential)
    • POPI knowledge (advantageous)

    Dialler systems and CRM Competencies:

    • Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure.
    • Ability to understand and communicate complex data and results.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong problem solving, decision-making, and conceptual thinking skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence.
    • Proficient in debt collection systems and technologies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Customer Service skills
