Introducing a brand new UK Utilities Client

amplify5 continue to grow and partner with UK clients....


We are launching another new UK partnership here at amplify5, and to ensure we set this up for success we are looking for experienced, engaging, fun and dedicated Team Leaders with a minimum of 18 months experience in a UK Utilities environment.

We aim to create a high performing centre, with a people and customer centric culture.

The role is based in our world class WeWork office on Strand street in the CBD, with free refreshments, and many community events which support our ethos of putting people first, and equipping them to be the best they can be


Minimum Requirements:

  • 12 Months experience as a Leader of people in a contact centre environment
  • 18 Months experience in a UK contact centre environment, with utilities and telecoms preferrable
  • Proven track history of excelling in all customer and people based metrics
  • Proven track record ITO managing sales and retentions
  • A positive can do attitude, to solving queries

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From R15,000.00 per month
