amplify5 is expanding and we are looking for Recruitment Gurus to help us bring the action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with stakeholders to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Providing recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders
Ensure that interview guides are in place and aligned to the company Future Focussed Behaviours
Ensure that payroll documents are collated and that a new employee file is created and submitted
Identify gaps in the recruitment and selection process, propose corrective actions and implement as required

REQUIRED

Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Science, or a

related field

24 years specialist experience in Recruitment & Selection Proven track record in driving and implementing

recruitment and Selection initiatives within a corporate environment

Must have experience in Recruitment & Selection across various disciplines
Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and energy.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends and to implement corrective actions.

Salary:
R15, R17,000.00 per month
