With a 14 year combined experience as a client services consultant, a back office administrator and a quality assessor (skills coach) i could add value to the prosperity of the company.

Through my career these are the skills I obtained: MS Office, internet, soft skills, quality assessment prepping, complaints handling, sales support, management information systems, communications skills.

Through leadership qualities, taking ownership and willingness to serve beyond expected delivery, my goal is
to be a successful young individual in all paths of life, be of positive influence to others and play a
