    Requirements

    • Relevant Manufacturing Diploma, BTech Degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Analytical, etc.)
    • 5+ years in heavy Manufacturing (production and/or maintenance), with at least 2 years in sugar production
    • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in manufacturing.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
