Our client within the Agriculture sector is seeking the expertise of a Production Shift Manager Hibberdene, KZN area.


The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include

  • Manage shift operations from receiving to despatch
  • Production Performance Optimization
  • Budgeting
  • Achieve on Production Targets

Qualification

  • Diploma / Degree in either Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Analytical or related fields

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience within a heavy Manufacturing (must be Production and/or Maintenance) with at least 2 years sugar production
  • Must have strong Management experience
  • Budgeting
  • SHERQ and Statutory Requirements
