RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the industry, is currently seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our client in Kwazulu-Natal.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of shift workers to ensure the smooth operation of production processes and meet productivity targets.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, motivating and developing team members, and implementing process improvements.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in multi cargo warehouse environment.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skill sets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends if required
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field are a plus
