    We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team As a Supervisor, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and optimise stock levels. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized environment, manage staff effectively, and communicate well with both the team and management. Your responsibilities will contribute to a positive customer experience and the overall success of our business.

    Performance Indicators

    • Track customer feedback and sales performance.
    • Meet budget and target goals consistently.
    • Maintain correct stock levels, minimizing wastage.
    • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and high staff attendance rates.
    • Provide valuable information to HR and management.
    • Keep administrative tasks 100% up-to-date.

    What you'll do

    • Ensure excellent customer service by always prioritising customer needs with a positive attitude, making them feel valued
    • Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively
    • Use customer feedback to improve our services and products
    • Ensure that all staff members provide excellent customer service
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and profit goals
    • Manage expenses and control shrinkage and wastage within budget limits
    • Meet departmental budgets and targets consistently
    • Determine and maintain ideal stock levels for each product category
    • Monitor ordering records, implement delivery improvements, and conduct regular stock checks
    • Achieve correct stock levels, minimising wastage
    • Conduct spot checks to ensure accurate pricing
    • Adjust prices based on market surveys and maintain tidy pricing at all points of sale
    • Ensure neat displays, clean premises, and compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the department
    • Assist in hiring and training floor staff
    • Efficiently schedule staff, address performance issues, and maintain discipline
    • Manage staff attendance, ensuring high rates
    • Effectively communicate with HR and management on productivity, staffing, and training
    • Keep staff informed of changes to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Handle all administrative tasks promptly and stay up-to-date
    • Address additional tasks assigned by management

    Requirements
