    Our Organization is searching for customer operations and desk service support to be part of our team, you will be responsible for helping a company's support team be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and sending formal communications to clientsUndertaking regular training on aspects of global, local jurisdiction and bank AML standardsResponding to Remediation customer requests for closing accounts and amending customer detailsPerforming against agreed targetsInteracting with a range of customers and internal business partnersEnsure we are easy to do business withTimely delivery of all customer service commitmentsDelivers on its promisesTakes every opportunity to upsell & receive value for all services providedEnsures gross margin is delivered in line with the customer agreements and contractsQualifications and SkillsAbility to adapt to a variety of peoplePositive attitude and ability to work well within a team environmentWillingness to go into detailsAbility to communicate effectively with senior executives.

    Ability to analyse and identify improvements in service systems.
    Monitoring customer metrics and activity.
    Good reporting skills.
