Experience

I work with clients on a daily basis, I have a 5 star customer satisfaction rating, I love working with people. I am on the helpdesk daily and going out to site to fix various issues and interacting with people from various cultures, the experience is unique. Support is not limited to the following:

Desktop support, Server support, Azure, Cloud, Email, Printers, Networking, Cabling, CCTV, ERP programs and software, Hands on approach,  Remote, Using automation tools to detect and resolve issues as they occur in the environment, I can work both corporate and casually as I am used to both environments. 

I have also trained people on how to use various programs and, I am a walking knowledge base, if you ask me about a certain issue I have an answer immediately or I would find the answer for you.
