    About The Role

    As a Brokerage Pricing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue across various customer segments. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and pricing methods employed by other market players.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue across different customer segments, taking into account market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to alignpricing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and performance analysis to evaluate theeffectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reports to track keyperformance indicators and communicate insights to management.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends that may impact pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure they are equipped to communicate pricing strategies effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure pricing strategiesare aligned with financial goals and objectives.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles within the brokerage or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and pricing methodsemployed by competitors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drawactionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex pricing strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively.
