Key Outputs

Lead the parts pricing team, their development plans, and balanced scorecards.
Manage Supplier business agreements related to Pricing & Master Data, such as Caterpillar, Perkins, Hyster, MWM, SEM, Henkel, MAK, FG Wilson and AGL
Successful and timely implementation of price changes from suppliers.
Implement and review of pricing structures to the benefit of the customer and Barloworld Equipment
Maintain and report on parts margins per customer and territory
Monitor and report on vendor invoice variances
Communicate parts price changes to business.
Implement and execute internal parts policies, processes, and procedures (includes business process ownership of Parts Pricing)
Facilitate discounts and promotions for Product Support and Marketing on all sales channels.
Responsible for pricing on Aftermarket Engineered Solutions Proposal for EMPR.
Assess, motivate, and adjust cost buildup index factors for all territories for Barloworld Equipment and Barloworld Power in collaboration with the various BW executives in the different territories.
Prepare information and review with Caterpillar warranty T&I factors per territory
Review pricing simulations prepared quarterly by the pricing team in preparation for strategic pricing decisions
Review the reasonability of cost build up
Track incremental sales related to strategic imperatives and marketing programmes when required
Assist Finance/Tax department with projects to ensure Customs compliance on Commercial Export invoices.
Guide internal and external auditors during periodical audits
Ensure business functionality for Parts SD Process through Business Continuity Process in event of a SAP system failure.
Develop business requirements for ERP system
Assist and sign off on User acceptance testing for IT projects related to Parts Pricing.
Create classified environment to ensure sensitive pricing information remains confidential
Identification and implementation of processes that drive efficiency and cost containment reducing or eliminating waste in the process.
Management of and improvement to the existing Pricing process
Assist with SAP Pricing Processes and related SD Material Master data for Barloworld Equipment and Power
