    Description
    • Actively participate in the development, implementation and review of the Safety Management System (SMS), goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), standards, policies, procedure, programs and training.
    • Develop and maintain an effective Contractor Safety Management as per SATORP SMS requirements (example; Safety Plans, Training programs, Qualification, Hazard Identification Plans (HIPs), etc...).
    • Develop annual safety schedules (Emergency drills, Management safety walkthroughs, and quarterly safety inspections).Coordinate and implement annual HSE planning and performance measurement and reporting
    • Develop and maintain contemporary and compliant HSE policies, procedures, and other resources
    • Drive process improvement initiatives in support of HSE performance
    • Monitor, maintain and report on contractor safety and compliance utilizing SATORP systems
    • Coordinate the HSE incident record, reporting and investigation framework and provide regular reports to management
    • Coordinate internal / external HSE audits and develop plans to action Coordinate statistical analysis and reports of HSE performance
