Job Purpose
The Brand Co-Ordinator role entails managing the coordination & execution of critical brand activities relating to advertising and promotion. This position will also be responsible for budget management and controlling movement of point-of-sale material.


Responsibilities

  • Brand A & P strategy implementation
  • Digital media coordination
  • Coordinate promotional calendar and implementation
  • Point of Sales Material and control
  • Promotional Staff Coordination
  • Manage brand and company events
  • Drive standard of promotion execution
  • Manage relationships with suppliers relevant t
  • Manage Ad Hoc Events
  • Internal Company Events
  • Manage Ad Hoc Events
  • Product Launches
  • Budget Management
  • Manage trade show execution


  • General Administration

  • Filing Systems
  • Manage the Supplier trade visits
  • Monthly brand reporting
  • General Event Administration

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary Education: IMM Diploma and/or Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years trade and/or marketing experience and track record in sales and/or marketing within the FMCG environment
  • Preferential category experience
