Our client, a well-established hospital group in the Johannesburg area is looking to recruit an Infection Prevention Control and Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator
The role of the Infection Prevention Control Coordinator is to aid and assist hospital employees in the management of prevention, identification and control of infections in patients and staff.
The incumbent will further be responsible to plan, develop and implement an infection control programme for the hospital using basic infection control standards.
The key purpose of the Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator will be to contribute and support the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment, by implementing and monitoring OHS and Waste activities to continuously improve OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and Waste Management.
Requirements:
Registered Nursing Qualification
Must be SANC Registered
A minimum of - 5 years' experience as an Infection Prevention Control in a Hospital Environment
Certificate or Diploma in Infection Control.
Own reliable transport
