    Description

    RPO Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency that is currently seeking a skilled Accountant to join their client's team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Record and analyze financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
    • Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Prepare and submit tax returns and assist with tax audits
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Support the financial planning and analysis process
    • Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry trends
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
