• 3 years' experience in a similar role (Advantageous)
• Ability to accurately prepare, record and process accounting transactions
• Ability to analytically review and investigate irregularities
• Good communication skills in order to provide or obtain information.
• Must have a clear understanding of procedures within a retail and stock control environment
• Must be able to use initiative to identify risk areas and save opportunities
• Must be able to create/improve recons to assist the department in producing accurate and efficient reports to Management

• Completed Grade 12 with mathematics and/or accounting is essential
• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting (Advantageous)
• Computer literacy
• Competent Excel Skills
