    Platform Administrator - Johannesburg, South Africa - EMPIRE RECRUITMENT

    Description

    This role will support business by managing the administration and configuration of the Acumatica ERP platform. The successful candidate will work with internal, vendor and client technical support, infrastructure and business units to resolve challenges and provide solutions on the Acumatica platform by analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining both existing and new processes. They will also be responsible for converting business requirements into solutions on the Acumatica platform and provide technical support, coordinate, lead and report on all Acumatica development and administration activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree Concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business preferred
    • 3-4 years of supporting an ERP system or other enterprise software system
    • 3-4 years experience in business processes management including, but not limited to ?nance, human resources, payroll, supply chain, and
    • A track record of a client-focused approach to solving technical
    • Experience developing against/customising the Acumatica ERP platform (advantageous)
    • Interest in or experience with Microsoft SQL development, database management, and basic experience with a Microsoft Azure environment in order to run maintenance tasks
    • Experience in platform configuration and enhancement, including requirements definition, design, development, implementation, and support
