JOB TITLE - SNOW ENHANCEMENT ANALYST


The general purpose of a SNOW (ServiceNow) Analyst is to play a key role in the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform within an organization.

SNOW Analysts work to understand business processes, gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the platform aligns with the overall IT strategy.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall IT service delivery by leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • SNOW Analysts collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to align
ServiceNow enhancements with organizational goals and best practices.

  • Contribute to documentation, training, and performance monitoring activities to ensure the platform's effectiveness and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Service

Now Certification:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience: 35 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and enhancement, with a focus on IT Service
Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules.
