We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our client's team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and promote robust operating procedures across the business to create an efficient and responsive operations team
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain documentation of operational procedures, policies, and guidelines
Monitor operational metrics and implement strategies to improve performance
Identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions to enhance productivity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations
Provide support to other teams in various ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
