Europe Express partners exclusively with travel advisors to build custom FIT and private group itineraries throughout Europe for their North American leisure clients.

TheOperations Specialist supports the sales process by processing reservations after conversion, confirming services, and issuing travel documents.
This position works directly with international vendors answering queries regarding travel documents as well as the global Europe Express Team.
We offer hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in our Century City office location and then the other days working remotely.
What you will be doing:
- Provide excellent service, support, and information to all company personnel and travel agency partners
- Accurately process requests and confirmations for hotels, transfers, sightseeing and cars while following company policies and procedures
- Ability to make independent decisions with customers and coworkers while maintaining our customer service standards and financial profitability
- Maintain ongoing communication with manager about procedures and problems and offer suggestions for resolutions
- Timely response to all coworkers and customers; following through with a resolution
- Quality control of final documentation sent to clients
- Accurately quote, confirm, issue rail tickets and reservations using Rail Europe
- Participate in the emergency duty rotation, which includes being oncall for one week every 23 months, while adhering to our emergency duty operational standards

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter, able to keep motivated and be proactive with working independently.
Accuracy is key with a strong attention to detail able to work well with a high level of bookings and working in our reservation system Softrip.
