About Zubair Tambay:

I am currently completing my final year of Honours in Finance from the University of the Western Cape. Prior to post graduate studies, I obtained an undergraduate degree in Finance in the year 2015. My passion for finance and the industry as a whole serves as ambition to enhance my studies in this space. Presently, I am evaluating the CFA charted holder and CFP designation as potential options. 

 

Simply put, I would describe myself as being a highly professional, motivated, and diligent person. I possess excellent numerical skills and have a great affection for; banking financial and credit analysis.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Significantly contribute to the development of the product strategy and core value proposition.
  • Significantly contribute to the development of operational processes required to sell the IBL product.
  • Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors and Customer Relationship Managers on matters pertaining to new and existing loans. 
  • Daily LTV monitoring on existing Investment Backed Loans 
  • Support the credit function on loan origination, loan renewals and loan settlements.
