    Description

    Skills & Experience:

    • Diploma/Degree in Design/Animation or a related field with a minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a Lead Creative role.
    • Proficient in leading design software, with a solid understanding of design, animation principles and the entire creative process, from concept to execution.
    • Portfolio showcasing your exceptional skillset.
    • Familiarity with video production, including pre-production for shooting and the entire post-production workflow.

    Responsibilities:

    Creative Direction

    • Lead the overall creative direction for projects, aligning with brand goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency.

    Animation Expertise

    • Apply animation experience to create impactful motion graphics and visuals.
    • Infuse creativity into diverse projects, including social media and internal communications.

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Actively participate in creative meetings, sharing animation & designs ideas.
    • Foster open communication with creative and marketing teams.

    Project Management

    • Demonstrate effective project management, overseeing multiple projects seamlessly.
    • Ensure project execution aligns with the creative vision and brand identity.

    Design Principles

    • Apply skills in design principles to enhance the brand's visual appeal.
    • Ensure design elements align with brand guidelines.

    Strategic Thinking

    • Generate creative strategies and campaign ideas.
    • Develop innovative creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

    Video Production Oversight

    • Play a key role in video production from pre-production planning to post-production.
    • Integrate animation & designs seamlessly into the broader video strategy.

    Leadership and Mentorship

    • Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering growth and collaboration.
    • Inspire team members to unleash their creative potential.

    Brand Representation

    • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring creative outputs align with brand identity.

    Continuous Learning

    • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, incorporating new ideas into the creative process.
