A Little Bit About the Role:

MORE is expanding the team for our client, a global FMCG company with multiple international brands house-hold names in its stable.


MORE is looking to recruit a Video Lead Automation Designer to work with our offshore teams on a new account as a dedicated member of the team on a long-term contract basis.

Our team will work across the following.

  • Content production.
  • Programmatic Video Adaptations.


An exceptional collaborator, actively listening and understanding the true needs of the team but also developing a trusting relationship that allows for MORE to push for world class, quality work across multiple simultaneous live projects and or teams.

We are looking for a detail oriented person who will direct, inspire, lead, and support a team.


The Creative Operations Lead's Job:


  • Project collaboration with global teams, with a focus on asset creation and implementation.
  • Versioning / adapting projects for regional markets.
  • Brand custodianship
  • Working with Project Manager and aim to achieve daily/weekly milestones
  • Troubleshooting
  • Accurate Time keeping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • To champion creativity and excellent client centricity.
  • Is an innovative creative leader who consistently drives for better ways of doing things and achieving world class work
  • To manage, supervise, review, and audit the work of creatives to ensure the creative level expected of MORE is being met.
  • Instils confidence internally and with client of MORE's creative excellence (both the work and the people)
  • Helps build and optimise workflows to reflect the global nature of our business
  • To help drive maximum efficiency, productivity, and the maintenance thereof across multiple teams and workstreams
  • To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service.
  • Remains constantly aware of new developments within the industry to better manage creative delivery
  • Directs creative teams so that the team environment, culture, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, support the objectives of MORE
  • To effectively coordinate, organise and prioritise workload, especially around deadline, and have the flexibility to respond to increases in workload/ tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To motivate and influence the creative team to constantly strive for excellence.
  • To investigate, propose and implement innovative ways of delivering creative services to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • To actively oversee and manage team meetings, forward scheduling meetings, and work review meetings.
  • To manage, oversee and coordinate the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the team and all other employees to improve business practices, refine processes, aid, and promote the development of creative ideas and introduce new services.
  • Work with creative and business leads to identify existing pain points and work with them to rectify.
  • Implement broader business objectives for the creative team
  • To act as brand guardian to ensure all creative is faithful to the client's brand guidelines.
  • To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from all team members.
  • To manage, train and mentor staff and oversee their professional development, offering knowledge, motivation, support, and experience as required, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity, staff retention and enhanced staff morale.
  • With the assistance of Account Lead, ensure all staff members accurately record timesheets.

The Creative Operations Lead Will:


  • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with specific competency in After Effects.
  • Be proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other related software.
  • Advantageous: Python, Java Script and Dataclay.
  • Passionate about motion graphics automation and code having an understanding of the latest innovations in digital & social design.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Experience with Production Automation Tools.
  • Exhibit decisive problemsolving skills
  • Have a proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business.
  • Ability to plan against timelines
  • Have a proven ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Be a driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Mentor, develop and/or line manage the team.
