A Little Bit About the Role:
MORE is expanding the team for one of our global FMCG clients.

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work with our offshore teams on this account, as a dedicated member and on a long-term contract basis.


The offshore team's role is to service this client globally for any needs that cannot be filled by their on-site teams; these requests can be anything from POS to static social posts, to banners for web (static and dynamic), to OOH, to animations, to copy for websites etc.


This is a great opportunity working within a new team, creating impactful communications across the world and developing best practices for the various brands.

As a Project Manager, you will be required to deliver on multiple jobs including artworking, digital and moving image.

A strong grasp of handling multiple projects simultaneously to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness, dedication, on time and on budget is essential to this role.

The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple brands and teams globally.


What You'll be Doing:


  • Manage jobs/clients/internal clients and the creative team to ensure the project is delivered timeously and according to the brief.
  • Costing for all work conducted by MORE and ensuring all resources are accounted for and billed for. This will cover all aspects of PM work including artwork, moving image and digital.
  • Managing projects across different sized accounts; from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Managing your implementation team to deliver within job specifications and resources
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice production and creative process within MORE and with internal and external clients, as well as external suppliers.
  • Plan and schedule projects efficiently therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources.
  • Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed ways of working protocol.
  • Produce estimates, timelines and measure progress of projects against those throughout the workflow.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends, and rebriefs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (both internally and externally) through clear communication and by building up trust between yourself and the client contacts.
  • Identify, manage, and always mitigate against project risks. Offer alternative solutions where needed.
  • Support the business to develop technical excellence within MORE's clients and internally in the department.
  • Provide high level reports detailing project status against the project deliverables and commercial targets.
  • Work collaboratively, motivate, and encourage the closer and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so.
  • Ensure administration tasks are maintained according to best practices and of the highest standards.
  • Ensure jobs and costs are set up correctly on the MORE inhouse system.
  • Responsible for supplier negotiations (where applicable), PO creation, job billing and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring time sheets are completed accurately and weekly.
Client Contact

  • Receive briefs and understand the brief before debriefing the production and / or creative teams.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain open lines of communication at all times.
  • Ensure clients receives the best quality product within time and budget.
  • Conduct timeous communication both written and verbal with all stakeholders internally and externally, with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
Project Management

  • Ensure that the team is adhering to deadlines and resources quoted and billed for.
  • Managing the job timeline on a daily basis and also being able to accommodate new briefs.
  • Booking and managing freelancers/Final mix/voiceovers.
  • Liaising with internal traffic management to ensure timeous scheduling of resources.
  • Maintaining accurate and ongoing status reports on a daily basis.
  • Ensure project profitability on closure and ensuring all financial documents are received and filed timeously as per the Ways of Working protocol.
  • Time sheet keeping.
Quoting

  • Identifying what internal and external resources are needed for the project.
  • Negotiating quotes with suppliers for projects and ensuring they are within budget.
  • Liaising with the supplier for the duration of the project.
  • Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and capturing of all invoices related to project.
  • Updating creative team, client and suppliers making sure briefs and debriefs a
