    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our client's team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for all phases of architectural work, including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction process. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations.

    Your main goal as an Architect will be to match clients' needs and requirements, while producing sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and turn it into a feasible design proposal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop concepts and design proposals based on clients' needs and project requirements
    • Create detailed blueprints and construction documents
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
    • Collaborate with construction professionals and other stakeholders
    • Oversee the construction process and make on-site visits to monitor progress
    • Coordinate with consultants and other discipline group designers
    • Stay up-to-date with architectural trends and advancements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect
    • Proficiency in REVIT; additional 3D software knowledge beneficial
    • Extensive knowledge of building products, construction details, and regulations
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
    • Strong imagination and visual awareness
    • Effective communication and project management skills
    • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus
