    Description

    Sales Consultant :
    Provides first-class sales assistance by answering any questions the consumer might have about our services.


    Sales Consultant Job Duties:
    Communicates with customers in a telephonic environment to drive sales of our services
    Demonstrates advanced knowledge of our product and services
    Adheres to all company policies and procedures
    Makes sales appointments with clients
    Collaborates with other employees to make sure that the service is available
    Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the service
    Uses given resources to drive sales
    Understands how to make services appeal to consumers based on the environment
    Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
    Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
    Always looks for new ways to make services attractive to customers
    Requirements

    Must be available immediately
    Minimum 3 years proven experience as a sales consultant or relevant role
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    Well spoken
    Multilingual is advantageous
    Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    Familiarity with office management procedures
    Computer Literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and more (Intermediate to Advanced)
    Diploma, BSc/BA in Sales & Marketing is advantageous
