About Levy Mokou:
I am a friendly, polite and honest person who is open- minded to new ideas and influences. I started as a till operator in 2010 for 5 months then promoted to be a Sales Floor Replenisher for a year then promoted to be a Department Coordinator 9 years. I also trained to be a Pay point controller (PPC), Operations Coordinator for 5 years and Administrative duties as well. My current role is department Coordinator for a year now.
My job description is to ensure that, New brand launches within the foods department, Selling opportunities with new business and suppliers, Manage shrinkage and waste, To maximize selling opportunities, To provide a consistently exceptional customer experience, To drive operational excellence, To lead a motivated team, To ensure profitability by driving the team to meet Or exceed target, Provide input into the Stores operating plan, Recruit, develop, retain and lead a competent and motivated Foods team to deliver against set targets, Co-ordinate staff scheduling and leave cycle to ensure optimal staff at the tills for peak flow ,Manage the commission process in the store, e.g. Give input for budgets when required, communicate targets to Consultants, and monitor team performance against targets and also Co-ordinate staff scheduling and leave cycle to ensure optimal staff at the tills for peak flow, Minimize waste and accurately control stock to prevent shrinkage, Ensure that the Foods team adheres to shop keeping and hygiene disciplines.
