    Procurement Administrator (JB4252)
    Century City
    Market related

    Assist and manage the routine administration tasks within the procurement department. To process orders received from internal departments and sales branches.

    Requirements:

    Grade 12 completed
    1-2 years experience within a procurement/buying environment
    MS office
    Fraxion and bitrix – would be major advantage

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    All administrative duties for the procurement department
    Processing of orders
    Collation of supplier documentation
    BEE certification certificates
    Processing materials via Fraxion spend management system ( FSM)
    Processing study material orders via Fraxion
    Capturing supplier tax invoices via Fraxion
    Query resolutions via LMS/Procurement helpdesk
    Processing queries received via bitrix
    Reporting – backorder stats, procurement helpdesk stats
