Experience

I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial management, procurement, and executive assistance. Proven track record in budget implementation and expenditure control, including allocations for HIV/AIDS programs and other earmarked funds. Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation, with a focus on compliance with relevant regulations and Financial acts.

I have extensive involvement in procurement processes, chairing the Vetting committee, coordinating meetings, and engaging with stakeholders. Adept at logistical coordination and providing training in supply chain management and finance. I have demonstrated leadership as an audit champion for HIV/AIDS & TB programs.

I was the Logis System Controller who managed the entire Logis system for the Head Office (DOH), overseeing payments and ensuring the timely resolution of outstanding transactions. My proficiency included modifying and updating Logis suppliers, including banking details, and  budget management through commitment tracking.

My key responsibilities included arranging Bas Sundry payments, reconciling Logis with BAS for expenditure control and contributing to the strategic plan implementation. I successfully implemented best practices to mitigate risks in payment and order authorization processes. Facilitates internal workshops, handles inquiries, and supports the compilation of Annual Financial Statements.

Additionally, I assisted with  in-house training to subordinates and cost center clerks, demonstrating strong human resource management and employee supervision skills.

In my current role as an Executive PA, I am responsible for providing efficient administrative and logistical support to the General Manager and Directors. Proficiency in diary management, record keeping and minute-taking are amongst my skills. My further tasks are petty cash management, invoicing and the supervision of subordinates. I am accomplished in coordinating travel arrangements, updating asset lists, and rendering ad hoc support to senior executives.
