    Description

    RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcing Engineer to join our client's team. As a Talent Sourcing Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our client in various industries. You will utilize your expertise in talent sourcing strategies, industry knowledge, and innovative recruitment tools to effectively source and engage with potential candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the staffing needs and requirements of the role
    • Utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract potential candidates
    • Conducting thorough candidate assessments and screening to ensure a strong match with the position and client's requirements
    • Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates and industry professionals
    • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to proactively identify talent for future hiring needs
    • Providing recommendations and insights on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
    • Proven track record in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools
    • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
