Product Sourcing Specialist


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research to understand the basic need and product persona
  • Identify and grasp the features and benefits of differentiation ideas
  • Arranging for product graphics designed
  • Source manufacturers to create product samples based on requirements
  • Explain product differentiation or find a freelancer to create a sketch of the product
  • Analyze samples to ensure that all instructions were implemented correctly
  • Work with manufacturers to develop and refine product prototypes
  • Negotiate with manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
  • Maintain records of all sourcing and development activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective product strategies

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product sourcing, supplier management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with product development processes and sourcing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
