Hi, I hope this mail finds you well.

I've been in Government and Private sector for 8-years, in the Procurement field.
11-years experience as an Admin/ Inventory/ Stock management for Warehousing or FMCG environments. My systems knowledge is advance. (SAP, Odoo, ERP, SYSPRO, SAGE, Pastel evolution, Excel, etc.)

Currently at AAT Composites in Somerset West, I'm the SAP Process Controller.

Mac Brothers Catering in Epping, as the Procurement Administrator. Procuring stock through Sage V11 for the Sales Rep and for JHB/ CTN/ DBN branches.

Temporary at Motorhome World, as their Local Buyer. Ensuring all procurement are completed through Syspro 7. Use MRP reports to procure, monitor and improve the stock levels. Mainly ensuring the engineering drawings are correctly purchased. Improving suppliers terms and conditions.

Contracted (SCM) Procurement Officer for South African Astronomical Observatory in Cape Town. To ensure all the electronic equipment are purchased. Handling the Laptop and PC equipment purchases.

At Southern Africa Master Distributors (Petroleum industry). Ensuring that the stock levels never drop. The replenishment of Project stock and stock for the three Warehouses. Sourcing of spare parts to fulfill SLA's. Generating MRP reports for Management approval.  

Acting Technical Buyer at Bokomo Weetbix plant in Atlantis. Purchasing mechanical goods and engineering services. Ensuring stock levels are replenished.

SAP Buyer for Transnet's Procurement department in the port. Ensuring Cape Town and Saldanha tickets are closed off. The cap limited per ticket was R2-million.

At Sonic Telecoms, I procured stock and the distribution to the 50+staff and outside contractors. Providing weekly/Monthly forecast reports for the Ops manager and CFO.

The Vineyard Hotel & Spa, was the most challenging as to oversee all maintenance and services on the property. Daily meeting to inform the GM, the Board and the Owners of the hotel. Supervising 400-600 staff, internal and external contractor, vendors.
