    INTERCARE IS HIRING
    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- IRENE AND HAZELDEAN HOSPITAL

    The Intercare Irene and Hazeldean Hospitals , situated in Pretoria, seeks to recruit for an Administrative Assistant.

    The focus of this position is to provide administrative support ti Hospital Management.


    CRITICAL OUTPUTS
    Create awareness and positively promote the Intercare Brand.
    Build productive relationships with all stakeholders.
    Provide administrative support to Hospital Management.
    Marketing activities.
    Marketing Analyses.
    Managing diaries, scheduling meetings of appointments.
    General administrative tasks, including filing, typing, etc.
    Liaising with consulting room staff.
    Management of correspondence.
    Stock management and support.

    NQF 6 Qualification in Administration
    2-3 years working experience in the Hospital Facility.
    Previous experience within the healthcare industry advantageous.
    Computer proficiency (MS Office)essential.
