    Description

    Hire Resolve's client, a reputable financial services company, is looking for an experienced and efficient Office Manager/PA to CEO to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the CEO and manage the daily operations of the office.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
    • Organize and coordinate meetings and events
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
    • Supervise and support administrative staff
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist with personal errands as required

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
    • Professionalism and a proactive attitude
