    Description
    The Sales Administrator manages the order from the pre-sales to the final stages. This person is responsible for reviewing, analysing, loading and administrating Sales Orders to invoice.

    Reviewing, analysing, loading and administration of Sales orders
    Preparing the paperwork submitted from Sales person to process orders
    Loading Sales orders (including Trials and Trial conversions)
    Follow up on open Sales Orders
    Loading and completing Customer Returns
    Attending to reports
    Weekly filing and scanning
    Dealing with client/sales person request and queries
    Opening of accounts for new Customers
    Moving of account numbers from one account to another
    Invoicing Sales orders for equipment
    Day-to-day problem solving relating to Sales orders

    Job Requirements

    Matric
    2 Years administration experience
    Computer literate in MS Office/Word/Excel
    ASTEA experience will be an advantage
    High level of accountability and responsibility
    Detail orientated (ability to spot errors and inconsistencies)
    Willing to work overtime
    Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
    Excellent reading and language comprehension, with exceptional communication skills
    Ability to work with in a team at all levels as well as on your own
    Ability to manage Contracts
    Deliver an efficient and effective service both internal and external.
