JOB OBJECTIVE
To handle full sales administration responsibilities for Co Ops customers.

TASK DESCRIPTION

Order and restock new supplies
Receive customer and client orders
Prepare the necessary shipment documentation
Address and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items

- print out reports for sales team
- produce lists of goods to be picked out for delivery to store

Monitor inventory and balance accounts on the system
Capture credit notes on the system
Communicate to customers regarding delay in their delivery
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the relevant Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 is essential
Diploma or an equivalent tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or supply chain will be advantageous
Excellent command of Afrikaans is essential
35 years' experience in sales environment essential
Experience in working with Agricultural Co-Ops environment is essential
Experience in processing quotations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
Must have experience as a user on SAGE Evolution

Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays, if and when required or overtime by agreement
