JOB OBJECTIVE
To handle full sales administration responsibilities for Co Ops customers.
TASK DESCRIPTION
- Order and restock new supplies
- Receive customer and client orders
- Prepare the necessary shipment documentation
- Address and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items
- produce lists of goods to be picked out for delivery to store
- Monitor inventory and balance accounts on the system
- Capture credit notes on the system
- Communicate to customers regarding delay in their delivery
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the relevant Supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 is essential
- Diploma or an equivalent tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or supply chain will be advantageous
- Excellent command of Afrikaans is essential
- 35 years' experience in sales environment essential
- Experience in working with Agricultural Co-Ops environment is essential
- Experience in processing quotations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
- Must have experience as a user on SAGE Evolution
- Administrative Skills

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays, if and when required or overtime by agreement
