Description
Assist the Sales team with producing quotes as required:

  • Gather the supplier quotes as required and then producing the quotes
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers.
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries and will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage Client expectations
  • Manage and keep up to date Client and Supplier Schedule

Customer Relationships:


  • Ensure client requirements are met timeously and treat SLA clients as top priority at all times;
  • Ensure quotes are requested from suppliers and sent to the clients without delay;
  • Maintain a good communication with the client to ensure constant updates on orders and enquiries;

Supplier Relationships:


  • Establish a strong supplier relationship to ensure the best pricing and delivery from suppliers.
  • Produce purchase orders for supplier when placing orders with the supplier
  • Manage the delivery of stock as required
  • Manage/maintain the store room and all office stationery;
  • Ensure that all is accounted for at all times;
  • Manage allocation and use of inventory;
  • Manage hardware purchases and or technicians requirements from the storeroom;
  • Ensure that all inventory is signed for when received or when leaving the storeroom;
  • Compile a monthly report of inventory and submit to the General Manager;
  • Manage the drivers schedule on a day to day basis
  • Database management CRM/ SharePoint/ OneDrive
  • Ensure the CRM is used for all sales activities
  • Become a super user of the CRM and remain the custodian at all times
  • Ensure all employees are capacitated on the CRM and make use of CRM at all times
  • Ensure all the information in the CRM is relevant and up to date
