Role Overview:

Are you ready to be the driving force behind our Sales Team's success? We're looking for a proactive, self-starting Sales Administrator to be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth sailing and exceptional service delivery.

Key duties include:

Quotations: Generate quotes for products and services within defined timelines, showcasing commitment to surprising and impressing our clients
Supplier &

Client Coordination:
Facilitate seamless communication between clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Opportunity creation: Proactively identify potential clients through incoming sales calls, aligning with our ideal target market.
Order Management: Champion timely and accurate order statuses and delivery.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the different departments to understand client needs and provide the right services and solutions.
Drive the WOW Factor: Uphold our company values by ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations every time

Requirements:

Matric qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Managed Services environment.
Experience with Distributors and knowledge of Microsoft Services and Products.
Valid driver's license.
Strong organizational and administrative ability.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and multitasking ability.
Process driven mindset with a strong problemsolving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
