    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in the Packaging Industry to find a talented and driven Internal/External Sales professional to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work both internally and externally, providing sales solutions to clients in the packaging industry. If you are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively prospect and generate new leads for potential clients in the packaging industry
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and gather market intelligence

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in internal and/or external sales, preferably in the packaging industry
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Resilience and ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
    • Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
