I am currently employed at the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA), as an Executive Assistant to two (2) Executives- Chief Risk Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Executive Manager: Stakeholder Relations. My role includes but not limited to: diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders, conference attendance/ registration for both Executives. Assisting with preparation of Board committee reports.
