Compile monthly reports before the 7th and submitted to the Director. Checking the diary of the Director every day for appointment.  Advertise the vacancies and call employees to the interviews.  Check the invoices before  doing the requisition for payment.  Filling the receipts and proof of payments.  Calling the different suppliers and ask quotations. Monitor office work and doing Filling.  Attending the briefing for Tenders. Check the tender/ bid bulletin documents  to the websites every month. Maintain the clients relations and kept their confidential information safety. Maintain office systems including data management and filling system.
