    Description

    1. National Diploma: Quality

    2. 5 years quality assurance experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

    3. Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality Management System & VWSA and FORD

    4.. Advanced problem-solving techniques (8-D)

    6. Personal attributes: strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivator, resilient, ability to work under pressure.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

    1. Ensuring products supplied to customers are according to required specifications and quality standards

    2. Facilitate, manage and control APQP & PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and Process Flows

    3. Develop, review and implement procedures and work instructions (incl. inspection instructions)

    4. Updating master samples register and management of calibration systems

    5. Proactive in developing a high level of customer confidence

    6. Drive customer concerns and internal PPMs through 8-D process

    7. Facilitate and co-ordinate BeOn Submission (ISIR/PPAP/RMT/BMW PPAP)

    8. Conduct product, process and EMS system audits

    9. Effective issuing, follow-up and closure of CARs

    10. Monitor, track and control suppliers (SPPM)

    11. Monitor, manage and support containment actions (internal and third party)

    12. Facilitate and co-ordinate reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)

    13. Monitor and track company Targets & Objectives (KPIs)

    14. Conduct 1st off checks in productions areas

    15. Verify daily Weld analysis tests

    16. Liaise with CMM Lab for measuring reports and take actions for out of spec conditions

    17. Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings

    18. Do SPC monitoring (mini-tab)
