    Quality Assurance Specialist - Purchase Parts Department

    Job Description:

    • Ensure motor vehicle components meet specifications throughout their life cycle
    • Manage Qualifying Program for new part introduction
    • Identify and correct part deviations from specification
    • Test and evaluate parts performance
    • Provide technical expertise for parts material and function
    • Initiate design improvements for complex part problems

    Education and Experience:

    • National Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, Quality)
    • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Knowledge of motor vehicle parts, manufacturing processes, and testing methods
    • Technical understanding of vehicle components and systems
    • Utilize Quality Tools like DOE, SPC, FMEA, 8D
    • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Computer literate (Ms Office)
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities
    • Work independently and travel as needed
