The last 8 years as a reliability engineer at a sterile manufacturing facility gave me the opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience in reliability engineering, asset, and maintenance management with emphasis on pharmaceutical ultra-pure water systems, clean utilities, and HVAC systems. In the GxP FMCG environment, technical excellence is but one component of and reliable and available facility. Equally important is quality management system compliance. In this regard I have gained significant experience in the following aspects: RCA’s, CAPA’s, SOP’s, RA’s, DIRA’s, FMEA’s, Implementation assessments, IQ, OQ, PQ etc.

My key attributes are:

• A balanced management style: Non-aggressive and open but firm when necessary. Will rather lead than dictate.
• A very good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and thus the ability to identify the fundamental components that reside in complex technical problems.
• I have no problem getting my hands dirty when required. In fact, I enjoy it. 

I am a Mechanical engineer experienced in a diverse number of engineering environments. My skills include fatigue and finite element analysis, test and measurement, design of welded structures, specialized machines, and thermal systems. Complementing my mechanical skill set is a good understanding and proven experience in industrial electronics, instrumentation, and automation. I am proficient in CAD design and engineering from first principles.
